Add minced meat and ginger and garlic paste to the pan and start frying.

Once your oil is hot enough, coat the pieces by dipping them into the beaten eggs and frying them in the hot oil.
Remove from the oil once golden brown in color.
Repeat the coating and frying steps till there are no more eggs in your bowl.
