How to prepare tasty bhajias

Today we will be looking at an amazing bhajia recipe for you and all your loved ones to enjoy. Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Gram Flour
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- Salt
- 1 tsp Tumeric powder
- 1 handful Finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1 handful Finely chopped spring onions
- 1 tsp Garlic & Ginger paste (grind 3 garlic colves, 1-inch ginger root)
- 7 Potatoes
- Oil (deep frying)
Instructions
- Wash and peel your potatoes, slice them into thin round slices and leave them to dry.
- Wash and prepare all vegetables. That is ginger, garlic, spring onion, and coriander.
- Mix gram flour, chili and Tumeric powder, salt, ginger and garlic paste, coriander leaves, spring onions in a bowl.
- Add water bit by bit till you form a consistency that is similar to that of pancake batter.
- Heat your oil. It should neither be too hot nor too cold to ensure they cook properly.
- Dip the slices in the butter one by one as you coat well and drop into the frying pan.
- Using a slotted spoon, turn the bhajias after 3minutes of frying on each side till golden brown in color.
- Drain the oil and serve hot with your favorite sauce.
