Ingredients

  • 2 scallions (green onions)
  • cup chopped red onions
  • 5 red tomatoes
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 handful coriander (or just ⅓ a cup)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • ¼ tsp Cumin (ground)
  • ½ tsp Sugar (this is optional)

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until all the ingredients are finely chopped and mixed.
  • Serve with chips.

Notes

Cindy's tidbits:
  • Salsa tastes best after refrigeration for a couple of hours.
  • Store in refrigerator for up to one week.
