Ingredients

  • All-Purpose Flour
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • Mashed pumpkin puree pumpkin puree

Instructions

  • Sieve All-Purpose Flour into a bowl.
  • Add in vegetable oil
  • Add salt and rub in.
  • Add in the mashed pumpkin.
  • Knead the contents of the bowl.
  • Keep kneading, then cover with cling film and let it sit for a few minutes.
  • Flatten out the dough, then add a bit of vegetable oil to the flattened dough.
  • Roll the dough then slice it.
  • Flatten out the sliced pieces of the dough individually.
  • Fry the chapatis under medium heat.
  • Ready to serve and enjoy after a few minutes.
