- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1½ cups warm milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp sugar
Mix the flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar together in a bowl then set it aside Preheat waffle iron to desired temperature.
Preheat the waffle iron
In a separate bowl beat eggs; stir in the milk, vanilla extract and butter.
Pour milk mixture into flour mixture; beat until blended.
Ladle the batter into a preheated waffle iron.
Cook waffles until golden and crisp.
