Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk (mix this cup of milk with the 1 tbsp of lemon juice to get 1 cup of buttermilk)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (mix with the milk above)
  • 2 cups Self-Raising flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • Pinch of Salt
  • cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 tsps Cardamom powder
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • Oil (for frying)

Instructions

  • Whisk together buttermilk, lemon juice, vanilla essence, eggs, and sugar.
  • Add flour into the mixture and beat until fully mixed.
  • Add oil and whisk to a smooth batter.
  • Preheat the cooking pan, pour the batter and spread evenly on the pan. Add a teaspoon of oil, cook each side until golden brown.
  • Serve your peanut butter and cardamom crepes hot.
