1cupMilk (mix this cup of milk with the 1 tbsp of lemon juice to get 1 cup of buttermilk)
1tbspLemon Juice (mix with the milk above)
2cupsSelf-Raising flour
2Eggs
Pinch of Salt
⅓cupSugar
1tspVanilla Essence
1tbspPeanut Butter
2tspsCardamom powder
4tbspOil
Oil (for frying)
Instructions
Whisk together buttermilk, lemon juice, vanilla essence, eggs, and sugar.
Add flour into the mixture and beat until fully mixed.
Add oil and whisk to a smooth batter.
Preheat the cooking pan, pour the batter and spread evenly on the pan. Add a teaspoon of oil, cook each side until golden brown.
