Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 50 gms Peanut butter
  • 50 gms Flour (plain)
  • 100 gms sugar
  • Jam (you'll need only a few teaspoons)
  • 75 gms Butter (with extra for greasing)
  • 24 gms Cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Add the butter and peanut butter to a microwave-safe bowl and cook on high for about 30 seconds to melt.
  • Remove from the microwave and stir. Allow to cool slightly and then add the egg and stir to combine.
  • Grease and line a second microwaveable round dish with butter using cling film. Add the peanut butter mix into the lined dish then sieve in the cocoa powder and flour and add in the sugar.
  • Mix gently to form a thick, sticky paste. Smooth the top of the mixture using a large spoon.
  • Using a teaspoon, make holes on the top of the brownie mixture and fill each with jam as it will melt and bubble down when cooked.
  • Put in the microwave for 3-4 mins on high then remove and leave to cool for about 15 mins. Serve and enjoy
