Ingredients

  • 5 Egg roll wrappers
  • 9 Sticks string cheese
  • Water
  • Oil
  • Tomato paste

Instructions

  • Slice the egg roll wrappers.
  • Place a stick of string cheese on the edge of the egg roll wrapper. Proceed to then fold the sides of the wrapper over the ends of the string cheese.
  • Wet the edge of the wrapper with water, then roll it up tightly. Repeat for all wrappers and string cheese.
  • Heat the oil and fry the sticks until golden brown and drain using a paper towel.
  • Serve with the tomato paste
