Ingredients

  • 230 gms elbow macaroni
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Black pepper (ground)
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • ¼ cup butter

Instructions

  • Boil the macaroni in boiling water
  • At the same time melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add flour, salt, and pepper and stir until smooth. Slowly pour in the milk and stir until the mixture is smooth and bubbly.
  • Add the cheese and stir it in until smooth and melted for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Once the macaroni is finished boiling, drain and stir it into cheese sauce until coated.
