Ingredients

  • 500 gms Flour
  • 60 gms Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Yeast
  • 50 gms Margarine
  • 1 Egg
  • 250 ml Milk/ Water (should be lukewarm)

Instructions

  • Make a smooth dough of all the ingredients. (Kneading should take about 15 minutes)
  • Divide the dough into required weight, that is, 80g
  • Roll them into desired shapes
  • Place them on a greased tray
  • Proof for 50-60 minutes
  • Baking time 15-20 minutes
  • Baking temp 220°- 250°c.
  • Serve with your fav bread spread. Enjoy!
