Happy December y’all!! Today let’s quickly prepare breakfast with this simple omelette recipe. It’s a classical and timeless recipe.

Simple Omelette Recipe
One of the easiest way to make omelettes, and it takes less than 5 minutes. Plus is vegetarian friendly.
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs, as fresh as possible, preferably organic and free-range, room temperature
- ¼ cup Cheese (shredded)
- ½ tsp Fresh ground black pepper
- ½ tsp Water
- ½ tbsp Butter
- ⅛ tsp Salt
Instructions
- Heat a small pan over just below high heat and add the butter and swirl the pan to fully coat
- When the butter becomes like foam pour in the mix from step 1.
- After 15 seconds, when a skin starts to form, add the cheese in a row. Immediately, using a spoon on the edge of the egg, release the eggs from the pan.
- Pull the eggs up and tilt the pan to spread out any uncooked egg and allow it to cook. And using the spoon, roll the eggs up and over the cheese
- Cook for another 10 seconds, until the outside is a golden but pale and the inside is soft. To have a harder omelette, cook for several seconds more.
- Place a plate on the counter and grab the pan handle and quickly turn it upside down over the plate allowing the omelette to roll onto the plate and fold into a roll.
- Serve while hot.
