Peanut Butter & Cardamom Crepes

Ingredients
- 1 cup Milk (mix this cup of milk with the 1 tbsp of lemon juice to get 1 cup of buttermilk)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (mix with the milk above)
- 2 cups Self-Raising flour
- 2 Eggs
- Pinch of Salt
- ⅓ cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 2 tsps Cardamom powder
- 4 tbsp Oil
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Whisk together buttermilk, lemon juice, vanilla essence, eggs, and sugar.
- Add flour into the mixture and beat until fully mixed.
- Add oil and whisk to a smooth batter.
- Preheat the cooking pan, pour the batter and spread evenly on the pan. Add a teaspoon of oil, cook each side until golden brown.
- Serve your peanut butter and cardamom crepes hot.
