- Blender
Ingredients
- 1½ tbsps Natural peanut butter
- 1 Ripe banana sliced
- ¼ cup Plain yogurt
- ½ cup Milk
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve!
Notes
You can also use non-fat plain yogurt and non-fat milk.
